Driving Championship Performance
Our Online Leadership Program harnesses The Definite Dozen principles that were the foundation of Pat Summitt’s winning teams and applies them to leading in the workplace and achieving personal success.
Teams complete a series of 14 lessons introducing The Definite Dozen and giving them practical steps and takeaway questions to apply these principles in their own workplace.
The program can be implemented as a completely self-paced online course or integrated as part of a larger leadership program within the organization as a hybrid between live discussion and online materials.
